

Inventive developed Vodafone's annual Sales KickOff as a full show production with a stadium atmosphere – for 1,200 sales employees.
Inventive developed the entire show: concept, dramaturgy, C-level keynote, showflow, and interaction concept. The guiding idea was stadium atmosphere – fan scarves, fan blocks, an experience that makes the sales team feel like they are before a big game. Participants became fans. A mandatory appointment became the moment of the year.
