Inventive developed and realized a complete Media Day. From strategic planning through the day of production to the channel-ready delivery of all assets.
Preparation began with a briefing call, a detailed shot list based on seven content pillars, and a complete schedule for the day. On production day, the drone took off at 07:30 – fly-in over the state forest, orbiting the main building, wide aerial shot of the park. In parallel, shooting moved indoors to the rooms and suites, a food shoot with the head chef, business and meeting spaces, team portraits, and soundbite statements from the director in the golden evening light. One full day, seven thematic worlds, one coordinated production.

Once you produce systematically, you stop improvising and start broadcasting.
Hotels that produce their content on the side see this reflected in their booking rates. Not because they lack quality, but because they are invisible. A Media Day based on broadcaster logic solves this structurally: produce once, publish for six months, and empower the team to sustain the next cycle themselves. The Jagdschloss Kranichstein started with its first Media Day. What was intended as an introduction is already showing: the need for content is greater than a single shoot can cover. Those who want to remain visible year-round are already planning their next Media Day – ideally in autumn, with a second thematic cycle that doubles their archive.
