Inventive transformed the annual town hall of Mast Jägermeister SE into a complete show production – with concept, dramaturgy, direction, and AI-supported internationalization.
Inventive transformed the internal coworking space into three parallel sets – stage, lighting, dramaturgy, show flow. Strategic topics were not just presented, but staged: with a suspense curve that maintained attention, an emcee concept that generated energy, and an AI-supported language version that included the international workforce from the very beginning. The show was not a supporting program. It was the program.

Internal communication is not a mandatory exercise. It is the prerequisite for change.
Those who assume attention instead of earning it lose the space for real change. Show formats that combine entertainment and information are not an optional extra – they are the only form of communication that truly works in an attention economy. And this does not only apply to town halls. Wherever companies want to move people – sales kick-offs, strategy presentations, change processes – the presentation determines whether the message gets through or not.
