Show on demand: Camera competence for leadership
Many leaders communicate strongly in conversation, in meetings, on stage. But in front of the camera, something else happens. The same person suddenly appears stiff, unnatural, or loses the thread. This has nothing to do with competence, but with the fact that the camera has different rules than any other communication space.
Broadcasters have known this for decades. No presenter, no news anchor, no interview partner goes on air without training. Leaders who communicate today on LinkedIn, in CEO messages, in town halls, or in interviews are broadcasting. They need the same training.
On-Camera Leadership is offered in two formats: as a standalone intensive program or as pre-production coaching directly before a production day.
Format A: On-Camera Intensive (2 Days)
Day 1 begins with an intensive empathy phase: Who is the person behind the leader? What individual energy should be visible in front of the camera? The goal is not change, but amplification. In the afternoon, mouth-work training follows: argumentation strategies, handling difficult questions, and methods for sovereign free-speaking.
Day 2 is dedicated to the stress test in front of the camera. Two live runs with a professional setup, full video feedback, and constructive analysis. Where is the gap between self-perception and external perception? What changes with the right technique? The session ends with a positive offboarding alongside a clear, personal development plan.
Format B: Pre-Production Coaching (1 Day)
Directly prior to a production day. Whether AI Video Avatar, Corporate Influencer Production Day, or Executive Broadcast Suite: those producing the next day use this day to step in front of the camera prepared, confident, and authentic. Focus: posture, gaze, voice, core messages, handling the teleprompter and the production team.

A leader who knows how they come across on screen. Complete with a personal development plan, full video feedback, and the confidence that comes from understanding the difference between self-perception and how others perceive you.
On-camera leadership can be directly combined with a production day: training on day 1, production on day 2. The first step is a personal preparatory conversation to discuss goals, format, and the participants.
