LinkedIn Finest 360Brew: Topical Authority Instead of Individual Posts
LinkedIn has fundamentally modernized its ranking architecture for 2025/26 – with LLM-based embedding models for retrieval and a new sequential ranker (the so-called Finest 360Brew, an LLM-based ranking algorithm) that prioritizes dwell time and engagement depth. Company Pages are losing massive reach. Anyone who continues to produce individual posts without a strategic format system behind them will become invisible.
What the algorithm rewards is empirically proven: saves and deep comments are the strongest reach drivers according to van der Blom (1.8 million posts) – likes barely count. Dwell time is a confirmed positive and negative signal: insufficient dwell time is actively used for downranking. Engagement pods are recognized as inauthentic engagement and can lead to heavily reduced reach.
Frequency is a secondary lever: 2–3 posts/week is the recommended minimum if quality is the priority, 4–5/week is the empirical optimum. A mediocre additional post can lower per-post reach more than it brings in – quality and topical consistency dominate.
Finest Brew is the production system precisely aligned to this. Getting started doesn't begin with an editorial calendar, but with an honest inventory assessment.
Phase 1 – Content Audit and Strategy Alignment
What already exists? What performed well, and what didn't? Which 2–3 topics should build authority? The result is a clear topic architecture – a coherent "fingerprint" – with defined formats, machine-readable profile setup (headline, about, skills as confirmed ranking inputs), and measurable goals.
Phase 2 – Format System Setup
We build the system on three levels: templates that are ready to use immediately, editorial formats that build topical authority, and “Eh-Da” (already there) content that activates existing material instead of creating new effort. Formats are optimized for dwell time and saves – not for virality.
Phase 3 – Quarterly Production and Performance Review
Finest Brew is not a single project. With every media day, the content pool grows; with every quarter, the topical authority increases. In the review, we measure what the algorithm actually rewards – saves, deep comments, dwell time – and optimize the system accordingly.

An ongoing content program that doesn't need to be reinvented every week. Formats that create consistency – and consistency is exactly what the algorithm rewards.
Finest 360Brew is not a one-off project, but an ongoing consulting relationship. With every quarter comes more material, more topical authority, and more organic reach. The complete format catalog is available in the initial consultation.
