Phase 1 – Archive Audit
We systematically analyze which content is available: video material, imagery, interviews, event footage, campaign assets. What exists? In what quality? With which usage rights? Result: a complete inventory with an exploitation potential assessment per asset category.

Phase 2 – Exploitation Strategy
